Promotional Contest and Drawings Rules and Requirements
Shopping Spree Promotion Rules and Requirements 12-14-19 and 12-21-19
Shopping Spree Promotion Drawings will be selected on Dec 14 and Dec 21, 2019 at approx. 4:00 pm. Beltway Plaza Mall is located at 6000 Greenbelt Road, Greenbelt, MD 20770. Beltway Plaza Mall will hold a drawing to award Gift Cards/Certificates pursuant to these official rules. Prizes: The prize is $1,000 of gift card and gift certificates from Beltway Plaza Mall merchants. One winner each day will be selected at random. Odds: The odds of winning are determined by the total number of eligible entries. Drawing date: Beltway Plaza Mall will select and notify the winner on or before December 14 and December 21. Entries: You must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States to enter.
By participating, you accept these official rules and agree that the decisions of Beltway Plaza Mall’s interpretation and application of these official rules shall be final and binding in all respects. One entry per household, employees and relatives of Beltway Plaza Mall, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents are ineligible to win. Winner selection: Winner is chosen by random selection from among the entries. Winner will be notified by telephone and/or email. Claiming prize: Beltway Plaza Mall will send the prize to the winner by regular mail or by other method Beltway Plaza Mall shall deem appropriate.
Winners: To receive a prize a person must disclose to Beltway Plaza Mall any information (e.g., social security number), the disclosure of which may be required by applicable tax law or other law. Taxes: The winner of a prize shall be responsible for all applicable federal, state, and other local taxes. Permission: A winner’s acceptance of a prize constitutes a grant of permission for Beltway Plaza Mall’s use of the winner’s name, voice, pictures, likenesses, city and state of residence, and any other information provided (with the exception of physical address, email, and phone number) for purposes of trade, publicity, or promotion (except where prohibited) in any medium of communication, including print, Internet, radio, and/or television for any purpose, including advertising, promotional, or other purposes by Beltway Plaza Mall.
Additional terms: By entering the drawing, each participant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Beltway Plaza Mall, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all damages, costs, expenses, and other liabilities, including damages for personal injury or damage to property, whether the damages are direct or indirect, and regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, which may be due to or arise out of participation in or operation of the drawing or any portion thereof or the acceptance, use/misuse, or possession of the prize. By entering, each participant further agrees that no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or law, has been made with respect to the prize. Beltway Plaza Mall reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the drawing if completion of the drawing as planned becomes impossible or unfeasible for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures of any sort, or force majeure. These official rules are subject to any requirements/limitations imposed by federal or state laws. These official rules shall be governed and enforced pursuant to the laws of the State of Maryland.
